A couple of weeks after I applied I got a call from the store manager asking if I would like to come to the store for an interview. It was a quick one-on-one interview with the manager in the back of the store and I was asked basic questions that you would usually get at a retail job interview.

Group Interview - Candidates' were asked to pair up and complete a 'catwalk' activity, highlighting the features and benefits of their outfit.
Little daunting if you're shy, but understand the rationale behind the activity.
It was so straightforward and not complicated at all. The area manager had a screen call with me, and at the end of our conversation, she told me that the store manager will have an interview with me in a couple of days. I had the interview in person, which went well.
