I got hired on the spot, they seemed pretty desperate. It was a new store in a college town and they needed bodies. I was also in college at the time so I fit the look they were aiming for, asked about my work ethic and availability
simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.

If hired, do you think you would dress up to current fashion trends
It was quick and easy. It did not last more than 20 minutes and I had no prior retail experience before applying. They asked me basic interview questions. I recommend applying
fairly easy interview process and i just got done with work today and it was supposed to be done today but it is still not going on today so we are not doing it now but we need a little bit to do the stuff for you guys today
