      District Manager Interview

      8 Mar 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forever 21

      Interview

Initially contacted by HR recruiting for a one hour screening interview and then set up an interview with the Regional Manager. Interview was extremely informal, not to say unprofessional. Regional Manager took me to a bench in the mall in public view and asked about basic questions regarding background and experience. Manager said HR would contact me within a week to let me know if I was selected for future consideration. A month went by with no answer so I finally contacted HR and nobody has responded my email so far.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Very basic questions like "Why is customer service important"? It didn't feel like the type of questions you would ask a district manager applicant.
