I applied in person and got a call a day later. I came in for an interview with the co-manager. it was quick and easy. no group interview. just one on one. she asked me more about how i would handle certain situations like "what would you do if you saw a customer or employee stealing?" rather then about fashion. after that she said the manager is going to look over the resumes and call the next day. then they did. i was so excited and then i went in for an orientation.

It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
