Interview
Went to a job fair and filled out an availability sheet while waiting in line outside of an empty room. I waited in line for around 30 minutes before I had been called in for my interview, keep in mind that I had gotten there early and there was only around 4 girls ahead of me. My interview was 3 on 1, I sat at a table while 3 women asked me around 5 questions, one woman doing most of the talking. She asked me if I was in school or working, asked about past work experience, if I have any experience with cash, why I want to work at forever 21 and gave me a scenario. Overall, the interview process was easy, quick, and the women were fairly nice. They said that they will be calling candidates for a second interview this coming Monday.

simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.

It was quick and easy. It did not last more than 20 minutes and I had no prior retail experience before applying. They asked me basic interview questions. I recommend applying
fairly easy interview process and i just got done with work today and it was supposed to be done today but it is still not going on today so we are not doing it now but we need a little bit to do the stuff for you guys today
