      Financial Representative Interview

      16 Dec 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer

      Application

      I interviewed at Foresters Financial

      Interview

Friendly and easy. Started as group interview then invited for a solo interview. Company was inciting but upon further research I found it was a scam. Being a recent college grad, I'm glad I did my research and saved my time and money. No one wants to lose any money trying to attain a full-time position. Plus they didn't even offer benefits.

      14 Feb 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Laplace, LA
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Foresters Financial (Laplace, LA) in Feb 2018

      Interview

First interview is group interview which is a presentation about the company 45 minutes. They have you fill out forms about credit check and background check before even offering employment. I was skeptical to filling out this forms because no offer was made for employment. I was told it was part of the interview process. After the group interview there are one on one interviews to discuss work history. I understand the branch manager wanted strong candidates on his team, but his main focus was Why I was job hopping to different insurance companies? After the interview I had to take assessment and if meet company requirements I come in for second interview. After that I take another assessment if I pass that I come in for final interview in which salary will be discussed. This is too much of an interview process for me and I don't like taking different assessments to determine rather I'll be a good fit for the position. I want my work ethic to prove that not know test.
