I got the interview at the end of school year. They were kind enough to set up a 'no technical questions' interview considering my already busy schedule. We basically sit down and talked about my past experiences. I prepared PowerPoint for a self presentation and then they asked me questions about my some of my experiences.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company in Jan 2020
Interview
It was very simple. The professor only asked me a few behavior questions, and asked about my research experience, and how many hours a week I can work, and what's my plan after I finish graduate school. Overall it was pretty easy and comfortable. Feel relaxed about it.
