The interview process consisted of two rounds of 30 min interviews with the hiring managers on the team. It was both discussion of resume projects and experience as well as a couple of technical questions that are considered mechanical engineering fundamentals.

I had a 15 minute phone interview with technical recruiter for a position with Ford Racing. The recruiter asked mostly logistical questions to get a feel if I would be a good fit and then would notify the hiring manager to move me forward with more technical-related interviews.
