The first interview process went well, after that i received an assessment which was also assessed quite promptly but after the final round, did not receive feedback until I asked.

It was a bit frantic. First I got an email for a position I applied to months ago, we had a brief phone call, a month later they sent me a test and then I didn't hear from that position but did hear from another one, where there was another interview and two weeks of waiting.
