The Interview Process was very friendly, clear and complete. I undestood perfectly the company and the position of recruitment. I talked with all the decision makers included the VP Manager of South-Europe.

The Questions were about my knowledge of Forcepoint, my motivations, my skills, my knowledge of territory and of contacts object of the position, my personal characteristics, my approach in the work, my professional ojectives.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forcepoint (Reading, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
Shortly and rushed, it seemed a bit disorganised and confusing messages regarding the go to market goals. I only had 1 panel meeting and a conference call and ideally the process should have been a bit more thorough for both parties
