2 sections of the initial screening test. The cognitive test portion was all math - similar to the SAT or GRE. The personality portion was an undisguised psych evaluation, more so than other screening tests I've seen. For many people who have managed to get a handle on their mental health issues, you are still gonna fail this.
I fall into this category unfortunately - I've managed to do well academically, at work etc. while undergoing treatment. I was torn between being honest (since I'm recovered, shouldn't I be ok now?) or attempting to guess what's "normal". Ultimately, I opted for honesty but don't think I would have fared better trying to lie. These were at the level of "show me your medical records" direct.
See if you can find a person with no history of mental health issues to take the personality test for you. The test is discriminatory and I have no reservations recommending this.
