Was three round with hiring manager, director and HR. Simple and to the point. Though, I felt like the company was going through major change and horrible sales mechanics which they needed someone to take the blunt of it. I apparently was that person. Both people who hired me changed jobs within the next six months (during COVID)
Easy interview
Application
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Forcepoint (Austin, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
in 2020 there was much change with new ownership of the company, an acquisition and a few CEOs and VPs come and go. I was interviewed onto a 3 person team of an overlay specialist team that was soonely divested and I entered into sales operations. Since the new CEO in 2024, it seems to have calmed down a bit and become more stable but I would really ask some good questions in the interview process on company stability, employee role stability, and future stability commitments they could offer.

Question 1
It was a standard interview with no questions that surprised me.
