The interview process was mostly them talking about what work they wanted for free and not actually explaining anything properly. To this day I still couldn't tell you what for fork sake is, and I'm not sure the owners could either.

They only talked about themselves and what they wanted rather than valuing artists. They clearly didn't know anything about the artistic process.
