There were numerous hoops to jump through: an interview with the recruiter, then a writing test (no time limited was given so I just executed the task as quickly as possible), then an interview with another copywriter, culminating in an interview with the wider team which included the vp of the company.
Further, their hiring process is extremely unprofessional. After sending me an offer letter on a Friday and allowing me to state my case (as you do in a capitalist society) that Sunday, they rescinded their offer on Tuesday of the next week. So, if you're desperate for a job, know that they will not tolerate fair negotiating practices nor offer you a fair salary. Further, they claim that employees pay nothing for insurance, but after looking at their benefits package employees clearly pay for insurance benefits and they do not kick in until you've been with the company for 60 days.
