Had a great interview with the manager, recruiter told it was looking good. Then had another session/chat with 2 of their helpdesk team. Went quiet after that, had to ask the recruiter for updates and only then was told they seemed not moving forward with the position.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Food-X (North Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2021

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Food-X (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2021
Interview
External Recruiter Pre Screen,
Round 1 Technical discussion with Dev Team on Design Patterns, Coding Style, Architecture Style, DotNet deep dive
Round 2 Hands-On coding disguised as Discussion Round with CTO/VP/Wearer of multiple hats person
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Round 1 DotNet deep dive on CLR-IL code generation,
Round 2 was supposed to be team / culture fit, however it turned out to be an hands on coding session. The interviewer did not pay attention to my approaches, questions, assumptions, turned off video, and was "busy" doing his regular work in the end (10 mins over due) why did you do like this ?
