A paper application was requested to be filled out asking about the prior employment, contact info, etc (basic info). Not much other information at that time was requested. From there, the store manager reached out to schedule a time to meet/speak/walk (30min or so). Passing this point, the next step is speaking with the owner of the company (sit down/1hr). Position was declined due to low rate of pay and no benefits being offered.
