I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Folium AI in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was extremely frustrating. They expected me to come to their office three separate times—first for a written test, then for a two-hour assignment, and finally for an in-person interview. Honestly, what do they think they are, Google or Amazon? If a company is going to put candidates through such a lengthy and intense process, they should be upfront about compensation expectations from the very first call. If they can't meet the salary expectations after all of this, it's misleading.
I was also really disappointed by the interviewer's approach. As a senior full-stack developer, I expected architecture-based questions, but instead, I was asked typical and irrelevant questions that didn't align with my experience.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you’re looking to waste your time. The leadership and HR were unprofessional, and the whole experience was a huge disappointment
