Easy and efficient. HM reached out and had a screening, then had a panel interview, then another with HM. HR reached out with an offer. Negotiations were welcomed and we quickly came to an agreement.

Interview
Straightforward and normal interview process. Went through four rounds of interviews. Enjoyed talking to everyone and communicated each step. Ultimately didn’t get the role but the process was good and will look for future opportunities.
Informal and casual, met with a technical lead and HR. The director of HR was friendly and forthcoming to provide compensation options and clarity of the role. After some negotiation and inability to meet my salary expectations we decided to park the process.
