Flyhomes interview questions

A hiring manager conducted a preliminary conversation to understand my background, motivations, and interest in the role. I was then asked to complete a video editing assignment, such as editing a short clip or creating a trailer.

Interview process was easy, interviewed with my direct manager in a casual format. I will say I came in with a strong referral so that may have had an impact. I was asked about my experience and what I would like to gain from the role/ what sort of areas of learning I was most interested in.
