I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fluc (Los Altos, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
very easy. First phone interview asks why you want to work for fluc and introduce yourself. Then orientation/training. During the orientation, you walk in with a group of other potential drivers and they tell you what Fluc is about and show you a brief PPT presentation.

Interview
The interview process was short, sweet and very professional. I filled out an application online on a Wednesday night, and was contacted by the Director of Operations by Friday. After a short and informative phone interview I was brought in for an in person interview the following week. The in person interview was pretty typical...(Normal questions, discussion about past experience, etc). After the interview I was introduced to some other people with the organization and that was the end! I heard back from the director of operations within a week :)

Interview
The hiring experience was great. I got a clear understanding of the business, the position, and the people. Management was very professional in how they went about the process. Having come from a very prestigious professional services company, I was unsure of what I would find interviewing with a start up. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very effective process -- skill specific assessment and first-hand culture fit experiences.
