I applied through university. I interviewed at Flowserve
Interview
I talked with them at my school's career fair. They sent me an email that night to come in for an on campus interview. Then a few months later they invited me to an assesment center in Long Beach, CA.
The assesment center was three days long. The first day was just for traveling where they fly you out to a nice hotel and provided a $35 dinner voucher. The second day had three 30 miniute interviews, a case study and a team building activity. The last day was a quick tour of their facility and then flying back to school.
