      Software Developer Interview

      18 Jun 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Denver, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Flowhub (Denver, CO) in Jun 2019

      Interview

The interview process took one week. Applied to SW position and few days later, the recruiter reached out to me to set up the interview. I told him that the interview process went very fast from the other company and I already had a job offer. Then he told me that I should wait until I talk to CTO (in a rude way). I was a bit annoyed by the way he talked but I gave it a shot for the interview. A few days later, I talked to CTO on the phone and never heard from back from the company. I can give you some advice as a candidate. Never act like you are the biggest company in the world and be bossy with your candidate (please don't act like this recruiter even if you work for the biggest company in the world).

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flowhub (Denver, CO) in Mar 2021

      Interview

It started with a quick chat, basic personality type questions. After that I had to complete a 2 hour long take home quiz, that had to be done in javascript. after that, they completely ghosted me. Its been several weeks since I completed the assessment and I have heard nothing.

      Software Engineer Interview

      6 Sept 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Denver, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Flowhub (Denver, CO)

      Interview

Started with a phone screen with their HR rep, had a take home coding challenge, and then an in-person interview. The process was pretty smooth to begin with, but started having a communication breakdown after the in-person round. I was constantly told that they would have a decision by end of week, every week, for about a month straight. Was then told that they were on a hiring freeze, despite talking about how many people they were hiring in previous interview rounds. Was not a very professional company to deal with.
