I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Flowers Foods (San Antonio, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
I went to a city wide job fair, I did not have any intention on applying for the position but after talking with the HR rep that was there, they made the job seem very interesting so I gave the lady my resume. I was called on Fri to interview on Mon. Very friendly atmosphere, looking forward to working with this company.

Interview
the interview was less average and no-brainer. They make is seem like its going to be hard but it wasn't at all. Just be prepared to answer questions honestly and be confident and willing to work long hours on days permitted.
