You have to interview with multiple members of the team - they have a high bar + want the candidate to be a culture fit. Sometimes the interview process can be slow depending on the urgency of the role
Was connected with people through email. Spoke to 3 different people. Had an informational interview at the beginning so they knew which team to direct me to, which was helpful.
