Interview
IQ test followed by yet another cognitive capabilities test. HR interview after that focusing on motivation and previous experience. A few interviews with existing traders in the firms, important to brush up on mental math.
Online Test consists of mental maths and sequences questions -HR interview -Tech interview -onsite interviews including multuple rounds of tech interview, will be asked a range of questions from brainteasers, probability questions and ETF specific questions.

The interview experience with Flow Traders Hong Kong was challenging. The interviewers focused mainly on technical, probability, and math questions. Since I could not solve some probability and mental math problems, the interview did not go well. Strong practice in numerical reasoning and probability is essential.
