Just a phone call followed with a in person meeting then they offer you job. After the training is like 3 months long bc it’s a lot of info with financial aid registrar and admissions that you just learn.

The process to get in the dorr is not easy. Think who you might know. HR is the key and once you get that connection, They are great. It was not the right job for me.
