It was a group interview. They gave their pitch then the speaker left the group for a few minutes for us to think about it. Whoever was left they basically hired. They wanted you ( on your own dime, your own car and own gas) to drive to Orlando for a week of training. No base pay. I asked who are the competitors. They guy actually said, “we don’t have any”.
