The initial phone screen was excellent. Standard questions about my HR experience. The on-site interview was scheduled one week later. This interview started 15 minutes late. It was a panel interview of 3 interviewers - extremely intimidating. The interviewers seemed very unprepared. When answering questions, their faces showed whether they liked or disliked my answer (raised eyebrows, etc.). It took almost three weeks to hear back. I was disappointed to receive a generic rejection email rather than a personalized one - especially since I took time out of my busy schedule to drive downtown for this interview (especially since this is a small organization).
