Call from recruiter and then interview with Hiring Manager. There is a presentation and then general panel interview. I had a negative experience. There recruiters are poor. Modern companies, like Flock Safety wants to present itself as, has recruiting departments that are engaging and supportive of their candidates. Here, they are completely unresponsive and during the phone screening, they were dry. I spoke more highly of the company than they did, but that's fine. The worse is the lack of communication. They don't seem to care.
