The process took 4+ weeks. I've seen a very unprofessional and unorganized HR and recruiting team and perhaps the poorest process that I have went through. I had my 1st interview on Skype with someone in Berlin. The interview went very well, and then they invited me at their office from Berlin. So, after a few weeks, I took some free days from my current job (which is in another country!) and after I spent about on hour with two men who were very interested about the languages that I speak, if I have a place to live in Berlin, things about the contract, they wanted to know better the others coworkers and also the programs which they work. Basically, after more than two hours spent there, in my mind was the though that ''I got a yes and I will start something new abroad''. Well, the things weren't like this, they wrote me back after the weekend, and gave me a negative standard response (by the way, terrible). Because I really wanted to know which were the reasons, the real reasons, I ask for more details. Someone for HR called me back next day to tell me NOTHING! The same answers like in email... They haven't even settled the cost of the airplane. I strongly recommend you to put more questions if you have the first interview on Skype and they will invite you to meet each other. I felt that not much importance was given and probably they don't even realize what a extremely unpleasant situation have created.
