The first round was a written round testing your quantitative skills and your knowledge in databases and MySQL. It had two papers. Each for 45 mins. After which, I got short listed for the interviews.
I had three rounds of interviews, all on the same day. Each lasting for about 45 to 60 minutes. I was asked questions based on programming and databases. Importance and stress was laid on improving the complexities of the programs I wrote. Programs included usage of data structures like trees, queues, stacks. I was expected to write solutions that used data structures. Few puzzles were asked to test my logical thinking. All three rounds were similar to what I have described.
My advice would be to be strong in algorithms and to practice writing programs that are efficient and less complex.
Work environment is casual and informal. No dress code was followed, which was good as I wasn't in any formal attire myself. Interviewers always put me at ease. Was nice interviewing with them.
