I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Sydney) in Oct 2015
Interview
Good experience just wasn't the right fit for me professionally. The interviewers were transparent, open and honest about what is was like working in the travel industry but I realised it wasn't something I was interested in pursuing so I declined the opportunity to take an offer and work with the company. It was smaller sized company and I wanted to work for a bigger corporate.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Montvale, NJ) in Oct 2022
Interview
First interview with company recruiter via phone. It was about 30 minutes with general interview questions and my experience. The second interview was with the Director and VP of the department. It lasted about an hour via Zoom. Very nice people and general questions on how I handle situations with a heavy emphasis on my background and experience.
Lots of face to face interviews, and then two days of basic training, but everyone was really nice and I got kept up to date with my application throughout the process.

Interview
Applied through their website, then received an email regarding phone interview. They called on time, but the interviewer was not a great listener. Could tell she was reading off a script and wasn't paying too much attention to my answers.
