1) Prescreen 2) coding 3) system design 4) Behavioral The process was relatively easy, but they are looking for perfect implementation as competition for roles is high. Talking to them, they didn't seem like an employer of the highest quality.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Flexport in Oct 2024

1st round - 1 DSA LLD type question and building on it.
2nd round - LLD round -> The interviewer was yawning the whole time. Felt like he was least interested to take the interview. Not sure what kind of company I interviewed for.
3rd round - HM Round -> Not sure what was the guy expecting. He asked random questions and then asked a DSA problem and told me to mail him the solution.
Not at all a good experience.

3 coding rounds, 1 design and 1 director round. Did very well in most of them. friendly people, but their feedback was rather vague. Could've been beter, but they were upfront and honest about expectations.
