30 minute phone screen with recruiter, 30 minute phone screen with head of pricing team, 6 hour take home project, 2 separate 4-person 3 hour interviews. In total ~12 hour commitment of time, and the team didn't even have the courtesy to call me to formally let me know they would not be making an offer. I had to call them to get an ambiguous update. Now, 4 weeks after the second 3 hour interview, I have still heard nothing. Deeply unprofessional.
