The interview process was fairly standard. Recruiter reached out through LinkedIn, discussed the role, and scheduled a call as more of a screen. Moved forward with an interview with two would-be peers. Interview contained case/quantitative plus some behavioral questions, nothing out of the ordinary. All in all a very easy process and nothing stumping, particularly if you have experience in anything supply chain/operations related that is driven for customer experience. All of that being said, like many on here, no offer extended with no actionable feedback; even after exceeding expectations in each interview dynamic.

there were three stages: a regular interview with questions such as telling the interviewer about yourself and some STAR style questions, a case study interview surrounding dealing with an unhappy client/losing client’s supplies, and an interview which surrounded questions on drive and resilience.
