For the Global Operations Associate role, we're open to all backgrounds so our intent definitely wasn't to waste your time, but it's helpful feedback for me to know the case study made you feel this way. We do sit in an open floor plan so the feedback about feeling like your interviewer was carrying on side conversations is very helpful because perception is really important.
