Fleximize interview questions

Quite a juvenile interview process recruiter called to give JD and book in interview, I agreed to take time off to attend this interview and was surprised they were shocked when I turned up 5 mins early, they weren’t exactly prepared for the interview and asked none of the questions the recruiter said they would. Although I woulnldnsay the interview went well I wouldn’t entertain the company or the recruiters they used as it’s been 3 weeks since the interview and they haven’t even given feedback or a straight up no. Advice to management would be to be honest and say you expect people to take time off for interviews even though you won’t bother to provide any feedback to them.
