Job was advertised on the internet job boards. They are always hiring, which should have been a clue to the caliber of the company. Took 6 weeks to hear back from the company. Took some pre screen employment test on line. Interview was simple and over in 10 minutes. They just needed a warm body big enough to intimidate expired account holders into renewing their rental contracts.

Each individual General Manager is different. Some will only ask your background experience then hire you because turnover is high. Process takes about a week with the drug screen and background check. You don't need experience to get hired.
