I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FlexTrade Systems Inc. (Pune) in Dec 2013
Interview
An initial filtering of applicants. The selected applicants give a written test - programming + logic + aptitude. The students who clear the test are selected for the interview round. Number of rounds depend on the applicant. For me it was one whereas for one of the other people I know had to give 2 rounds. The interview rounds consist of questions from programming language - C++ or Java - and technical understanding of the language and its intricate nuances. The HR people are really friendly and try to test you on your skill rather than just your confidence.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
3-4 questions actually. They were on the intricate nuances of the Java programming language. For e.g., they asked me a barrage of questions on operators and how each of them would function in some particular use. Another e.g., which Java feature would be more beneficial. Lastly, they asked me a question I got wrong on the test and asked to solve it on spot there itself.

Interview
Interview process was average. It was a campus placement. Gave online test and then two technical interview rounds. Then finally HR round. Interview process is to lengthy. Take too much time for results.
