Submitted my cover letter and resume through their website and was contacted the same or following day via phone. We discussed basic behavioral questions and out of the blue, I was asked if I had time to do a case study. Rescheduled the case interview as I was traveling. Case interview was conducted on the phone and I was scheduled to fly into the Boston office to meet the team. Logistics were broken down here as I did not receive a time to arrive at the office and arrived too early. I met with all the VPs for interviews and with each of them, we discussed behavioral and a case study, meeting everybody for about 45 mins. Overall, it was an enjoyable process. Case studies looked at strategy approach for some of the projects in biotech and healthcare. The team isn't looking for numbers per say, but rather thought process and approach to solving these problems.

Initial phone screening that consisted of behavioral questions with a VP. Day-long interview consisting of five 1:1 interviews + a lunch interview. The firm is very small - meetings entirely with senior management and one consultant. I was surprised not to have met with an analyst. Each interviewer asked the same questions, except for the case questions, of which there were two given by two different interviewers. The case was very non-traditional. They are not looking for an exact number, they are looking for broad strokes.
