There are 3 rounds
1. Telephonic Round-This is just a screening round where they will give you a random topic to yak about.
2. F2F HR Round- You have to submit a questionare and fill in your basic details about how you found about us and why are you interested in this Job. Bla Bla Bla
3. Hiring Managers Round- This is the main and actual round where they check your communication skills and negotiate the salary. They might handover a agenda of the conference/training and ask you to sell it.
