I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FleishmanHillard in Oct 2022
Interview
I received a phone call to set up an interview within two days of expressing interest in the position. I then had a 2:1 Teams interview the next week. However, after I heard nothing except "we want to work with you but are waiting to hear back from our parent company". I had other offers I turned down in the hopes of getting this position. The total initial tb to offer timeline was approx. two months.

To start the process, you need to connect with the Talent Acquisition team first. Then, you have to speak to the public relations team's manager. Finally, you will have to take an evaluation test that will test your public relations knowledge with challenging questions. This process is competitive, but it is necessary to secure the position.
