Very laid back and comfortable. Everybody there was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed. Before the interview as well, information was very clear and I never had to wait for emails back. The whole process was very efficient and relaxed.

They asked me mainly about prior job experience, and how that would affect retail experience at fleet feet.
Laid back interview, still waiting for a response back but was all personality questions and how you approach situations. It was low stakes and a much more casual interview than I was expecting.

What was a setback you experienced and how did you overcome it?
Short and sweet. Usually with the manager and then the owner. Lasted about 30 minutes. They really wanted to know if you were able to be a normal human being and connect to the people shopping there.

Interview
It was a 30 min general conversation about my background, interest in running, and why I'm interested in the position. I was not tested on shoe knowledge. I think showing interest in the sport and helping people are the most important aspects.
