I was emailed a homework assignment to test my skills. After passing that round, I was invited for an on-site interview. It consisted of three one hour “exams”. No presentation. It didn’t seem to matter how many questions I asked, I never got a good idea about job description. Was told I’d be placed on a team after accepting the offer.
