The process was pretty straightforward. They require you to complete a test that, according to them, 80% of candidates supposedly won’t pass.
After that, you're asked to record a video—essentially an interview—and submit a form indicating the role you're applying for.
However, the experience felt somewhat misleading and disrespectful of candidates’ time. They initially claim that passing the test guarantees a job offer, but this is not the case. Despite stating that they "don’t believe in CVs," they ultimately base their rejection decisions on your CV and past experience.
I would be cautious about working with a company that can't uphold its own promises during the very first steps of the hiring process. If they’re willing to mislead candidates early on, it raises questions about what else they might be dishonest about.
