A very confused process with unclear expectations. The interviewers were unprepared and unclear, and asked questions irrelevant to the job and its description. I was later also asked to interview for a second position (which had churned after just 3 months) and replied in the affirmative, but the company never followed up.

Very poor experience. The VP of People invited to interview me after I applied, and then this happened:
-The VP of People didn't realize the company had extended an offer to a candidate. [Which is not normal for a VP of People.]
-The VP of People cancelled my interview 20 minutes prior because she had just realized that someone had already been hired for the role.
-The VP of People invited me to an interview for a ''Senior Account Executive Role'', when I never applied to that role. I applied to Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships.
All of this signals company wide disorganization, lack of experience, and lack of care towards employees/human resources.

Next interview with the hiring manager. They said they will let me know within few days, but no email update after multiple follow up's.
