FlashBox interview questions

Had first call with HR Then with the CEO, and operations manager Initial expectations were set in terms of the salary and role. However they came back to me with a lower base salary (which I already had gotten lower myself due to the fact they are startup, but with what they were asking would have been $45K lower than my previous base) They offered senior account exectuive role with much lower than indusry pay. The process was tedious, i had to keep following up.
