There are 4 ppl in total including 3 from china 1 from Thailand, the whole process is under Chinese, but you can feel the interviewers are not professional at all, the question they ask and respond to is like the way they don't know what is it or they actually not in this field, they ask about my experience but they don't speak English at all, I barely understand when they repeat my statement on my resume (cus I wrote English on my resume), they speak like ugh...ah...this..., and even I explain in detail, then they ask me the question that I have explained during my explanation.
