Flanders (IN) interview questions

Must have detailed mechanical background and be able to talk about the process of your mechanical background and where you started to where you are currently knowledge wise before they will consider to do an in person interview.

An informal phone conversation with the HR manager, then a group phone interview with the engineering manager, application manager and a design engineer. Field Interview was an all day event. Very cordial and friendly interviewers. Panel interviews with two groups.
