Flaherty and Collins Properties interview questions

The interview process at the time, involved ML Talent Strategies heavily. They were the facilitators of about 2/3s of my interview process. Overall the interview process was pretty straight forward and quick, there wasn't any long period of downtime, and you got your answer very quickly.

Was very enthusiastic to interview as I was qualified enough to actually to skip the phone based “pre-interview”. Interviewed with two individuals. They seem rather unprepared however I was very understanding given the fact they mentioned they were interviewing multiple candidates. Interview was basic questions. A few red flags like the usual “we’re a family here” and “this is more than a 9-5 so you should be expected to sacrifice work life balance” At the end of the interview they both claimed that regardless of if I were to be hired, I would be given a courtesy follow up call within 1 day to let me know what to expect. I thanked them and left. Next day came, no phone call. The day followed, no phone call. I followed up several times sporadically after that point and only ever received voicemails that went unreturned. After over a week I did connect with one of the interviewers, and she informed me I should be hearing back from the other interviewer again, within a day. That day never came. I followed up one last time and eventually saw they removed the job listing.
